We collect information you provide directly to us, including through our applicant tracking system. This may include your name, mailing address, email address, telephone and mobile phone numbers,
employment history, education, certifications and licenses (including security guard licenses and firearm permits where applicable), references, background check authorizations, and any other information
you include in an application, resume, or communication with us. We also collect information automatically when you use our website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited,
and cookies or similar technologies used for site functionality and analytics.
02. How How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to process and evaluate employment applications; schedule and conduct interviews; verify licenses, credentials, and eligibility to work; conduct background checks with your authorization;
onboard and manage employees; communicate with applicants and workers about applications, interviews, onboarding, scheduling, assignments, and other employment-related matters
(including by SMS text message where you have opted in); comply with legal obligations; and operate, secure, and improve our Services.
03. SMS/Text Messaging
If you provide your mobile phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS text messages related to your application or employment, such as application status updates, interview scheduling,
onboarding reminders, and shift or assignment notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with

consent; this information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties.

providers, payroll processors, and text messaging platform providers), who are bound to use it only to provide services to us; clients, only as necessary to place or credential workers at client sites; professional
advisors such as lawyers and auditors; government authorities when required by law, subpoena, or legal process; and successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. As stated above, SMS
opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
05. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations
(including employment and licensing laws), resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Applicant records may be retained for consideration for future openings unless you ask us to delete them.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
