tracking system only for lawful purposes. Submitting an application does not create an offer of or contract for employment.
02. SMS Text Messaging Program
Program description. Trident Security Solutions, Inc. offers an SMS messaging program to communicate with job applicants and workers regarding application status, interview scheduling,
onboarding, credentialing, shift and assignment notifications, and other employment-related updates.
Opt-in. You consent to receive these messages by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts during the application process, on our website forms, or by other documented consent.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or of applying for employment.
Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your application or employment activity.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
Opt-out. You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a final message confirming your un-subscription, and you will no longer
receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did originally.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
